All wrapped up! I got home and had a little something to eat. Not too long later I was sick to my stomach and there went my food as well. This is another reason I know it is broken. This is the only time I get sick to my stomach is when a bone is broken, not sprained. They gave me a script for vicodin, but I refuse to take anything especially while I am breastfeeding (even though they say it's ok).

: ( Take Off The Weight Tuesdays will be a Bit Different.....
You'll never guess what happened to me while I was working out today. I was doing jumping jacks and while landing back on the ground my foot bent and I landed on the side of my ankle. "Crack" is all I heard while pain shot through my foot, ankle and half way up my calf. Next thing I know I was on the floor in a silent cry. My son started yelling for his dad and my hub came in. Now I was crying aloud. My husband asked me what happened. I told him I fell and my ankle was broken, since I have broken plenty of bones I just knew it was. He looked at it and said "I'm calling an ambulance". This scared me since I hadn't even seen it yet. "Is the bone coming out?" He said "no"..WHEW thank God! It felt like that though. I started crying again this time it was more and harder than I just was. I won't be able to workout is all I thought. I cried and cried. My husband took me to the ER. Here are two different views of my ankle.
