Take Off The Weight Tuesdays
I'm not sure what's going on, but I have tried to upload my picture for all to see. I have been trying for about 30 min and nothing. My scale this morning said 164.0! Last week it was 165.8 you can read about my previous weeks here on my blog. The first week I started doing this on my blog was April 13, that post tells a bit about my weight story. I ate every 3 hours about 5 days out of the week and worked out everday minus Sat and Sun. Sat I went to a birthday party and was late eating, I went about 5 hours without eating. I didn't eat the cake or most of what I wanted to eat there. They had homemade chips tortilla chips that looked soooo good. I didn't eat that either or the other ruffles they had. My cousin looked at my plate and was like what is that!? I had a hamburger patty with cheese and a few corn tortilla chips on the side with mustard. I substituted, instead of the humburger bun I had the chips. I wish I could have ate the homemade ones! They were packed with grease and made from flour tortillas. I know that if I would have had one, I wouldn't have been able to stop myself! When I want to eat the icecream bars in the freezer or the snickers and other chocolate in the house that my husband insists on buying for himself, I think of you all. I think of the picture I take every week that you all see. The progress that I make. If I were to just throw in the towel and eat the donuts or all the goodies that tempt me day from day, I wouldn't have the loss that I do instead it would be number gained.
Slowly,but surely I'm getting down to the weight I want to be at which is 125-130. Well, I'm going to try to add the picture again. I should be able to get it on here sometime today!! Stinkin dial up!I would love to hear how you are doing! Don't give up!!!
