Take Off The Weight Tuesdays



Ok once again I'm having trouble uploading a pic. The scale said 164.2 I gained .2 oz. LOL you should have saw me on the scale this morning! My jaw dropped like the contestants on the Biggest Loser when they haven't lost any weight. I got off and got back on probaby about 5 times just in case. The number was the exact same everytime. I worked hard this week, but I'm sure it had to do with me lifting more weights also I did an extra workout yesterday! I ate every 3 hours and worked out harder this week. It's ok. There will be a loss next week...there just has to be!!! As soon as I can get it up I will show everyone my pic from this morning!

Glenda, thanks for passing by Far Above Rubies. Yes, I enjoy fasting and seeing God work. Breastfeeding - what joy!!!! I loved it. I breastfed all six. I loved every minute of it.

Breastfeeding should help with the weight loss.

I am on the same page as you girl, trying to get these "winter" pounds off. LOL. I am 10 down, 20 to go. It's so hard, I have hit a plateau and hoping that scale number will start going down again! Anyway, I am following you from Follow Me Back Tuesday. =) Have a great day!

Like Michelle said...muscle weighs more. Keep drinking lots of water and it will come off. I went 3 weeks with not losing anything but I did lose inches so that was great! Keep up the great work:)

Try increasing your potassium level. Your body needs about 2500mg a day of postassium, usually about 3 times as much sodium as you take in. So eat low sodium meals and eat more oranges and take some potassium vitamins to help. Oranges actually contain more potassium than bananas so thats why i said oranges but if you one of those people who cant handle to citric acid in oranges then bananas are just fine. Have one with every meal.

I feel ya chica im on that weight loss journey too.....sux lol

I didn't realize until reading your profile just now (missed it yesterday) we have a bit in common. My first two kids are 9 and 8 and I have a four year old...though I've got a 7 year old stuck in there too. I always like connecting with moms who had back to back kids like I did. :-)

Hey don't feel down. I'm sure you still look thinner, and just more toned :)

Btw, I just had to make a little comment and say I love love love the Biggest Loser, I felt bad for Sunshine last night, but she looked beautiful and thats all that matters :)

I do the exact same thing ... that can't be right ... let me just step on the scale again ... I'm sure it'll be lower this time! I hate that! Just keep on keepin' on. At least working out everything is toned and healthier. ;D

The weight loss game is tough, but you can win.
