Take the Weight off Tuesdays
Woo hoo! I lost another pound this week and am out of the 160's!!! Total weight so far lost since last month has been 13 lbs! I still have yet another 29-34 more to go. I know I could have done better this week. I have not been sleeping much at all since my youngest has been sick. When losing weight sleep is VERY important! This week will be better if God's willing! I didn't get to workout much this week since not only my baby was sick but so was my son and hub. Usually my hub will keep an eye on Teresa while I workout, but there was no way that he could so, I only worked out 4 days this week and 2 of those days my workout was cut more than half. I did eat every 3 hours though! The good news is I have a blogging weight loss buddy who has joined me at Take the Weight off Tuesdays! Wooohooo congrads! I would love to see under 160s again. Seems having my last baby has made it harder.

Good for you! I need to lose at least another 20 but I have been plateaued for a month. Gotta kick it up a notch!
That's awesome! It's funny that I'm concerned with gaining while you're trying to lose it, but that's ok. I'll be in your shoes soon enough!

I'm still at the same 2 pound loss/gain range! Been there for a month now! I'm thinking mine might be sleep. I'm really going to focus on getting to bed by 10. My eating is not that bad, I really think it may be the sleep!

I'm around the same weight, too, and trying to lose.
I sat truly perfectly happy at 140 for years, and then I turned 30. 20lbs came from nowhere! And they won't go away. So that's where I am today. I think I'll take a walk at the park now. :)
