Take The Weight off Tuesday

If you all remember I was doing "Take The Weight off Tuesdays" I'll be 100% honest, I haven't done well at all since I haven't been feeling well. I did one workout and couldn't finish it. I still want to try to lose the weight I wanted plus the weight I gained. I'm now at 167.8 :( I'm just going to take it slow for now. I'll  be eating every 3 hours again (I know that will take the pounds off without working out) and we will see how I feel. If I do anything I'll let you all know!
What has worked or is working for your weight loss?

I am also a new follower from FMBT, Good luck. I've been trying to loose weight for so long now, for my health and so that my husband and I can start our family. I found that actually eating breakfast (which I was not doing) helped a lot, and upping the amount of water I drank in a day, as well as trying to be alittle more active! Good luck~!

What worked once upon a time was First Place at our church. Basically Weight watchers with Bible Study. Walking partner and drinking lots of water. It worked then - and now it's not working because I'm NOT following it. :( Sad but true.

I found you on one of the follow-hops! I'm having the toughest time getting back into my weight loss / workout routine as well!! I'm blaming it on the heat. Now that it's getting beautiful out, I have no excuses not to walk!! I use myfitnesspal.com to track my calories (well...I use it when I'm motivated to lose!!).

Just found and followed you through blog hop. I was put on a diet very early and please I beg you, set the example for your children that it is more about being healthy and looking after our bodies as a temple of God than some random number that is supposed to be healthy. Dr. Phil says you can't be overweight unless your lifestyle allows it. If you are eating food close to the way it came out of the ground, preparing most of it yourself and enjoying healthy exercise with your children, you will be healthy.
