Take The Weight off Tuesday
Yes, I missed last weeks post. :( But, I'm here this week! Last week I weighed myself and it was 168 :(. My husband bought The Biggest Loser game for the DS (I'm not one for playing games AT ALL and personally don't like them) I put the game in and looked at it. I thought it was just too neat! You put in height and weight and if you are male or female also your goal weight. My BMI was 30.8 (obese) My goal weight is 128. If you accept the Biggest Loser Challenge you can do a 4, 8 or 12 week challenge. I did a 12 week one. Everyday you put in calories in and calories burned. It has workouts to do on there also and has Bob or Jillian show you what to do and gives you a timer. LOVE IT!!! I'm not going to be concentrating too hard on losing weight right now while I'm nursing my daughter. I notice when I start losing weight or trying hard to there is less milk. I can't have that, so I'm going to take it REAL slow until she weans herself. I just started the game on Friday so I won't put my weight this week but next Tuesday. I hope everyone is having a great week so far!

I have seen that around and always wondered about it! I love the biggest loser and a huge fan of Jillian and Bob!! I know when I nursed my boys, it is really important to keep up on your calories. Reducing too many calories and working your body too hard will make your body produce less milk. I remember that scenario all too well. Best of luck to you, you will do just fine :O)
